Tán Tang is a Transaction Manager of a Philadelphia Advisory Transaction team, which delivers integrated account management services including strategic planning, portfolio/lease administration, and transaction management. The team provides exemplary client service by utilizing modern technology and supporting real estate needs of the client. As a Transaction Manager at CBRE, Tán is responsible for facilitating the transaction management process for BAYADA Home Health Care. In this role, he assists the BAYADA Real Estate Management office by interacting with local field brokers, reviews leases, prepares financial analyses, and reports for clients.

Before joining Transaction Management, Tán was the Sales Management Analyst for the Philadelphia market, where he assisted with business development efforts with special projects and research, along with reporting for the management team. Prior to his time at CBRE, Tán spent 8 years in various roles at Citigroup gaining valuable experience with its banking, finance, and lending groups.
