Working alongside Craig Peters, Sam has built a powerhouse team of 6 brokers and 2 dedicated support professionals. Together, they have earned a reputation as one of CBRE’s most accomplished brokerage teams nationwide. Sam’s core focus is advising clients in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of industrial, sound stage and office properties in the North Los Angeles market. In addition to focusing on transactions in North LA, Sam advises select occupier clients on their real estate strategy nationwide, leveraging CBRE’s unparalleled platform and dominant presence in the major markets. Mr. Glendon’s client base includes anything from local privately owned businesses and family offices to institutional real estate developers, REITs and publicly traded multinational corporations.
Over his career, Sam has completed more than 500 sale and lease transactions totaling millions of square feet and hundreds of millions of dollars. In recent years, he has brokered several of the largest and most impactful deals in the region.
