Brent Crawford joined the Houston office of CBRE’s Debt & Structured Finance group in April 2012. He is actively engaged in the underwriting, structuring, placement, closing, and servicing of debt and equity commercial real estate investments. Since joining CBRE, he has closed transactions totaling over $700 million for all property types including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, self storage, parking garages, and land, including over $110 million in joint venture equity. Prior to joining CBRE, he worked at Wells Fargo, most recently as a relationship manager responsible for all aspects of a +$500 million portfolio of troubled commercial real estate loans. He joined Wells Fargo as an origination analyst assisting with the production of several hundred million dollars of CMBS loans. He began his career in commercial real estate with a third party underwriter for CMBS lenders and CMBS bond buyers with experience analyzing and underwriting over $800 million of transactions in all types of commercial properties. Brent holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
