Brendan Wasilko joined CBRE in 2018, working in Leasing Services. Brendan specializes in retail tenant representation and partners with Tom Flynn and Carolyn Hurley. He is responsible for trade area analysis, site selection, contract negotiations and managing the entitlement process for his clients. Brendan also serves on the Midwest and national disposition portfolios for major retailers, like Chick-fil-A, Walmart and Wayfair.
Brendan has been dedicated to the retail real estate industry for over seven years. He is passionate about his clients and the markets he works in, using hard work and CBRE’s resources to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients. Brendan currently resides in Rocky River, OH with his wife Katie and son.
