Andrew Morris has over 28 years of commercial real estate transactional and development experience and a wide range of expertise with corporate real estate, particularly within the bulk distribution and manufacturing product. He has been directly responsible for more than $1.2 billion in transactions during his career. He is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR), Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Prior to joining CBRE, Andrew worked at Cushman & Wakefield | SUMMIT where he managed their 13 broker industrial advisory services division. He has been a recipient of several real estate awards including CoStar Group’s Indianapolis Power Broker Award, ProLogis’ Pinnacle Award, & CoStars Sales/Acquisition of the year.

Since 1951, Ozburn Hessey Logistics (OHL) has provided logistics services to clients through its network of more than 120 distribution centers in North America. OHL is the largest user of real estate in the Plainfield submarket at nearly three million SF. The company’s dynamic campus of properties achieves business objectives for more than two dozen clients with operations constantly shifting and growing. To meet the growing demands of a top client, OHL required a new distribution center for the immediate relocation of several other clients within three months. OHL also required a building, which would provide for future client growth.
