Andrew Burns serves in the role of Vice President with CBRE’s Southeast Multifamily Group. Mr. Burns joined the team in 2019 and represents institutional and high net worth investors in the disposition of Build-To-Rent (BTR) and Multifamily assets throughout the Southeast. He also commonly leads sales efforts for local, regional and national portfolios across both BTR and Multifamily product types.

Since joining the team, he has participated in the sale of over $8 billion of BTR and multifamily real estate across the Southeast. He has served a variety of roles since joining CBRE SEMF team: Investment Sales Analyst, Associate, and Sr. Associate.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Burns gained experience at the RADCO Companies, serving as an key piece of the capital markets team. He assisted in sourcing both debt and equity financing for RADCO’s $2B nationwide portfolio.
