ROCKWOOL has signed a long-term lease agreement with Brookfield Properties for 20,000 square meters of industrial space at Hazeldonk 6710 in Breda. The location, situated on the Hazeldonk industrial estate and conveniently located directly off the A16 highway near the Belgian border, provides outstanding logistics opportunities within the Benelux region.

The recently renovated building comprises both industrial and office space and features, among others, a renewed exterior facade and modernised loading docks. Thanks to its strategic location between the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp, the business space is ideally suited for logistics activities.

The leased space will be occupied by Grodan, a subsidiary of ROCKWOOL. Grodan specialises in innovative stone wool substrates for sustainable greenhouse horticulture. ROCKWOOL is a global leader in insulation solutions that contribute to energy efficiency, fire safety and acoustic comfort.

Landlord Brookfield Properties was commercially advised in this transaction by CBRE and Savills.
