Ping Properties, together with its partners, has acquired Tripolis 100 from Flow Real Estate Development. The office building, located at Burgerweeshuispad 101 in Amsterdam, comprises 7,381 sq. m. of office space and is fully leased to Nebius.

Tripolis 100 was designed by Aldo van Eyck and completed in 1994. The building was recently comprehensively renovated by Flow Real Estate Development in collaboration with Heyligers Architects and WeMake. The redevelopment transformed the property into a Grade A office building with an A+++ energy label. Amenities include a company restaurant, meeting facilities, an auditorium, and a reception lobby. The building is also equipped with the Baku Smart Ceiling system, enabling tenants to easily control lighting, heating, cooling, and ventilation through a mobile app.

Tripolis 100 forms part of Tripolis-Park, a campus comprising approximately 55,000 sq m of office space and home to tenants including Uber and De Brauw. Located in Amsterdam’s Olympic Quarter on the Zuidas, the campus benefits from excellent accessibility by both public transport and car, with direct connections to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and Amsterdam Central Station.

CBRE advised Flow Real Estate Development on the transaction. Loyens & Loeff acted as legal adviser and PwC as tax adviser to the seller. CBRE also provided property management services, while Turner & Townsend acted as technical adviser. Ping Properties and its partners were advised by New Ground Law on legal matters, Rechtstaete on tax matters, and BBN on technical due diligence.
