CBRE Academy
Through the CBRE Academy, colleagues can develop their skills through a variety of training courses. The training programme has been designed to encourage colleagues to set and achieve goals, to support them in tackling challenges in the workplace, and to inspire them to adopt new ways of thinking and working. The CBRE Academy offers both external training courses delivered by specialist training providers and in-house training delivered by colleagues with expertise within the organisation. The aim is to strengthen colleagues’ knowledge and skills in the areas of sales and communication, personal effectiveness, collaboration, creativity and innovation.
Leadership
A wide range of leadership training courses is available, which you can undertake alongside colleagues from the Netherlands as well as colleagues from other European offices. Together, these programmes form a development pathway tailored to different levels of experience and career stages, whether you are just starting out as a manager or have years of experience. You’ll work on skills such as coaching, giving feedback and building trust within your team. You will discover your own leadership qualities and develop insights that you can apply directly in your day-to-day work.
AI
At CBRE, we don’t view AI as just a passing fad, but as a strategic choice. That is why we offer training programmes that enable colleagues to make smart use of AI in their day-to-day work and processes, with the aim of enhancing the quality of the advice we provide to clients. You will learn how Large Language Models work, how to use prompts effectively in tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude, and how to build a working AI agent from scratch.
