Dudok Real Estate expands their portfolio with the acquisition of Weena Tower.
Weena Tower is a 33-story building located in the CBD of Rotterdam. The transaction consists of the first 14 office floors and excludes the 19 residential floors above. The office space comprises of approximately 10,700 sqm LFA, with Houthoff as main tenant on 8 floors.
The seller was commercially advised by CBRE and legally represented by Allen & Overy. Dudok Real Estate was legally represented by Houthoff.
