Being and COD have signed a lease agreement with Kryha B.V. for the Max & Moore multi-tenant office complex at Asterweg 15 in Amsterdam North. Software company Kryha B.V. leases approximately 627 sqm on the first floor of the Moore building.

Kryha is a full-service tech company consisting of digital consultants, concept designers and software engineers. Kryha enables companies to improve their ESG performance by reinventing supply chain collaboration. As a result, actionable insights can be provided through powerful dashboards.

Max & Moore is in a central location on the northwest side of the IJ, between film museum EYE and the NDSM terrain. Mei Architects and Planners designed the two working buildings, which are linked by a green pergola bridge and shared meeting spaces. Max & Moore is committed to a healthy and nature-inclusive working environment, with sustainability being a high priority. The office complex features the latest innovations in ventilation and air treatment. Green outdoor spaces, roof terraces and double-height winter gardens connect the buildings with the city and nature.

Previously, Team V, &Klevering and Rapid Circle, among others, chose this site for their accommodation. In the Max & Moore buildings, 2,300 sqm of the 9,800 sqm of office space is currently still available. On behalf of the landlord, CBRE provided commercial support for the transaction. Kryha B.V. was advised by Spring Real Estate.

Max & Moore is a development by Being and COD. The office complex is owned by funds managed by Amundi Immobilier. Sienna Real Estate is responsible for Asset Management. CBRE and NL Real Estate handle leasing in Max & Moore.
