Corum Asset Management further expands their portfolio with the acquisition of Westgate I on behalf of its Corum Origin fund.

Westgate I serves as PwC’s Dutch headquarters together with the neighboring Westgate II office. Westgate I is located in Riekerpolder in Amsterdam and comprises over 28,000 sqm office space.

Erik Langens, Executive Director at CBRE, commented: ‘Now that long-term interest rates have begun to stabilize and yields have widened significantly, an increasing number of investors regard this period as an excellent entry period with attractive yields as evidenced with increased liquidity for Westgate I and for selected other transactions'.

The seller was advised by CBRE and Allen & Overy. Corum Asset Management was advised by DLA Piper and Arcadis.
