About Maaike
Maaike started her career in 2005, as a junior project manager at Rietmeijer Real Estate Advisors. She worked there for six years, until the company was acquired by CBRE in 2011. Since then, she has grown through various positions into her current role as Head of Occupier Consultancy and Workplace Strategies. In this position, she puts the interests of tenants first on a daily basis and searches for the right solutions for her clients together with a wide range of teams.In 2020, Maaike also became a member of CBRE’s governing board. In this role, she represents the Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services department. Known for her persistence, Maaike is a reliable partner when it comes to every aspect of commercial real estate advice.
Both inside and outside CBRE, we work with enormously driven and creative people on a daily basis. It’s my job to harness all that energy to arrive at the best possible real estate advice for our clients.
