In 2014, Its Bakker joined CBRE after gaining five years of valuable experience at Twynstra Gudde. At CBRE, Its formed the Development Partners team over the following years: a team of strategic advisors and developers specialising in large-scale urban (re)developments, renovation, transformation and sustainability issues. This team has now been active for over 10 years, covering markets such as offices, residential, logistics, retail and hotels. As a delegated developer, CBRE combines its broad expertise and people-oriented, data-driven approach to add value to our clients' assets.
In 2024, Its also became a member of CBRE's general management team. In this role, he represents the Development Partners department and the ESG department. Its is a driven, loyal and reliable partner for real estate development, repositioning and transformation issues, and all ESG and commercial aspects involved.
