The vacancy rate declined further to 10.9%, from 11.5% at the end of June, while the volume of immediately available office space fell by approximately 4,200 sq m to around 73,800 sq m. Poznań therefore remained one of the tighter regional office markets in Poland. The reduction in availability continued to support the position of landlords in modern, well-located buildings, although occupiers retained more negotiating leverage in older or less competitive schemes.
