The vacancy rate declined to 20.9%, from 22.1% at the end of June, while the volume of immediately available office space fell by approximately 9,200 sq m to around 152,400 sq m. Despite the quarterly improvement, Katowice continued to record one of the highest vacancy levels among Poland’s regional office markets. The combination of limited new development and gradual absorption of existing availability should support further stabilisation, although competition for occupiers remains strong.
