Professional Experience
Tom is responsible for day-to day project management services, including initial assessment and strategy, schedule coordination, design and construction oversight, and field observation of capital improvement and tenant improvement projects. He is an energetic and creative problem-solver, combining good judgment with common sense, tact, and integrity. Tom is an excellent communicator, adept at working with clients, trades, and management. His main focus is to provide clients consistent project delivery with a pragmatic approach to quality, timelines, and budgets. In 2022, Investor Project Management completed 133 contracts, 1.3m sf managed, totaling $57m in construction.
Before joining CBRE in 2011, Tom was a project manager for Bear Construction, where he established and cultivated a new medical clientele. This effort included the build-out of 15,000 SF fitness center addition, intensive care unit, operating room, sub-sterile rooms, mother-baby unit, and operating-room pharmacy, which brought in $5M in new construction in 2009.
Prior to Tom’s project management work in the construction arena, he was a licensed interior designer. He is a seasoned project manager with over 43 years of experience in the industry and great breadth of knowledge.
