Spencer Clark is a First Vice President with CBRE’s multifamily investment team. He focuses on existing value-add and stabilized multifamily product, as well as redevelopment of existing land parcels. Over the course of his career, Spencer has sold apartment buildings and land parcels in excess of $200 million in total consideration.

Prior to joining CBRE, Spencer was a part of the National Multi Housing Group with Marcus & Millichap, where he led a team of 5 professionals over the course of nearly 10 years. During this time, he helped numerous family operations and professional real estate investment companies identify and implement strategies to help them achieve their lifestyle and investment goals. Whether working with multigenerational assets, redevelopment land or new properties, Spencer recognizes the individuals behind each property and uses the resources of CBRE to realize his clients’ near and long term objectives.
