Jeffrey Kelly is a senior ranking commercial real estate professional and perennial Top Producer who specializes in the sale and leasing of major office and industrial assets throughout South Florida. Jeff joined CBRE in 1986 and has been with CBRE for his entire professional career. Mr. Kelly has been involved in thousands of sale and lease transactions and has been a trusted advisor to some of the largest office and industrial owners in South Florida. Mr. Kelly helps navigate the ups and downs of the commercial real estate market with ease, creating value through the repositioning and rebranding of major assets. He counts among his significant achievements the repositioning of the former IBM complex in Boca Raton, now the Boca Raton Innovation Campus, which he has twice brought from 60% to over 90% occupancy (2002-2005 & 2018-2022). Jeff was named as one of 25 “Brokers Who Dominate” by America’s Leading Real Estate Coach, Rod Santomassimo, Published by Domus Publishing in 2011. In addition, for the past 39 years, he has been consistently recognized for his performance by CBRE on a local, regional, and national basis. Jeff has been named NAIOP’s Broker of the Year and he also served from May of 2000 until May 2007 as the Managing Director/Player Coach of the Palm Beach County office.
