CBRE Advisory is our consultancy entity. With more than 600 colleagues in the Netherlands, we consult both owners and end users of commercial real estate. Our core business is about helping owners achieve good returns on their investments on the one hand, while on the other we develop unique accommodation solutions for end users of real estate. We manage properties, conduct valuations, advise clients on sales and purchases, develop workplace concepts, provide on-site project management and much more.

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) eases the pressure on users of commercial real estate. We create happy workplaces for professionals. In that field we are the market leader in the Netherlands. Much of our work takes place behind the scenes, though: we provide facility services, maintain building and site systems and deliver everything from new workstations to completely renovated workspaces. Often for large national and international customers with complex operations in challenging locations. GWS staff are mostly technicians, project managers and professionals with a background in facility management.
