Concrete concepts through co-creation

Creating a flexible workspace, achieve sustainability goals or building a future-proof portfolio: accommodation issues are becoming more complex. In order to arrive at answers, a tailor-made approach is needed which takes into account as many requirements, wishes, interests and dynamics as possible. That is why together with strategy agency Fronteer, CBRE has developed the Creative Camp method: an approach based on co-creation.

In a Creative Camp, experts from inside and outside your organization come together to solve your real estate issue. Together with you, in the same place and at the same time. This results in surprising concepts from a broad perspective. Answers to get started right away.

Creative Camp: that's how it works

With a Creative Camp you will find surprising answers to complex housing questions, because you work with different experts on a solution. But it is also a work form that gives energy. A Creative Camp will help you to zoom out, get away from your daily work and get inspired again.

Each Creative Camp follows a proven design that allows you to jointly explore different solutions. Depending on how complicated your issue is, this will take one or more days.

The strength of a Creative Camp lies in the expertise that come together. For example, we invite various representatives of your organization to participate. This also makes your final solution look different. The result can be a vision document or trend report, but also a concrete program of requirements or a clear design letter. Just what you need.
