•In Q3 2016 high street vacancy rate reached 5.9% compared to 5.4% at the beginning of the year. Total vacant space in the 1st line of major shopping streets amounted to 21,300 sq m.

•In Q3 2016 the share of cafes and restaurants in the tenant structure increased by 2 ppts compared to the beginning of the year and reached 41%.

•Currency devaluation and transition to ruble-denominated rates led to a drop in dollar rates compared to the biggest European cities.

•Prime rental rate didn’t change significantly throughout Q3 2016 and amounted to RUB230,000 per sq m/year.

•Due to rents range widening the average rental rate decreased to RUB100,000 per sq m/year.
