The Brussels office market registered 109,378 m² in take-up in Q4 2017. Vacancy is decreasing with only 46,500 m² of grade A voids. While speculative development remains limited, another 97,300 m² of grade B and Grade C office space was converted to alternative uses in 2017. After years of stable prime rents, the Brussels market saw rents rise from new activity in grade A space in the past two quarters.
