• Dollar General targets the Spring of 2017 for groundbreaking on a 750,000 sq ft (up to 900,000 sq ft) distribution center in Florida (Montgomery County), NY. Scheduled opening is early 2018. The facility is planned to employ approximately 550 people.

  • Capitalizing on market opportunities and a sustained but suspect low interest environment, several regional companies have purchased and expanded into larger facilities to accommodate growth. Noble Gas in Albany (40,000+ sq ft) and Arnoff Moving and Storage in Malta (72,000+ sq ft) were two of the firms making strategic growth real estate purchases in 2016.
