Approximately 90% of sales are completed before construction ends

In this fourth edition of the Residential Brick Index we highlight the following:

  • Lisbon residential development remained very dynamic throughout 2017.

  • A relevant increase in the number of buildings developed in the Baixa and Castelo zone as well as in Avenidas Novas, which concentrate more than half of the buildings completed in 2017.

  • The sale during the construction period and even off-plan of 90% of the apartments completed in 2017.

  • A slight increase, of 2%, in the average sales price of the apartments under construction to €6,100/sqm.
