Before he began his career at CBRE in 2006, Erik was employed at Deloitte Real Estate Corporate Finance. There, he worked for both Dutch and international clients. This was the foundation of his in-depth experience in the field of structured portfolio sales. Erik has developed considerable expertise in investment transactions in all property categories (offices, retail, logistics and residential) and is highly skilled at identifying and applying just the right elements for a successful investment transaction.
