CBRE is firmly committed to conducting business with the highest integrity and in compliance with the letter and spirit of the law. Our corporate values of Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence (RISE) embody this commitment and are the foundations on which CBRE is built.
Our Standards of Business Conduct are an expression of our RISE values and represent a framework for decision-making. They describe and supplement global company policies such as our Anti-Corruption policy and Human Rights policy. Compliance Officers in every county support the business in meeting the Standards.
CBRE has the broadest geographical and service platform in our industry and inevitably situations may arise in which the interests of clients might conflict (or appear to conflict) with CBRE or other clients. Therefore, CBRE developed Managing Conflicts of Interest to help define how we identify and manage conflicts in our business. CBRE will only accept instructions that we can perform in accordance with our RISE values.
Every CBRE employee is responsible for their own business conduct and is encouraged to speak up if something does not seem right. CBRE operates an Ethics Helpline, operated by an independent party, to providing for the secure reporting of potential misconduct.
