There are two distinct brands operating under CB Richard Ellis Netherlands: CB Richard Ellis and Rietmeijer Huisvestingsadviseurs.

Rietmeijer Huisvestingsadviseurs has been an independent business unit of CB Richard Ellis since 2006. The department is based in Almere and focuses on all aspects of Building Consultancy, on behalf of end-users and those investing in offices.

Besides its traditional relocation activities, Rietmeijer complements the work of various other units at CB Richard Ellis. Examples of these are:

• Technical due diligence programmes for the acquisition and sale of real estate portfolios 
• Drawing up a plan of requirements and/or test-fit in a rental programme. 
• Advising clients on maximising the value of office premises by identifying modifications that might be made to the building (and establishing their cost).
