Bouwinvest purchases shopping centre Heyhoef (Tilburg)
Bouwinvest has - on behalf of Bouwinvest Dutch Institutional Retail Fund - purchased shopping centre Heyhoef in Tilburg from Unilever's Pension Fund Progress.
The shopping centre comprises some 10,250 sq m of shopping space and is in use by tenants like Hema, Jumbo, Plus, Bart Smit, Blokker and Jamin. The 166 adjacent appartments are purchased by housing corporation WonenBreburg.
