HEMA has moved into her new headquarters in the Number One building in Amsterdam-Noord (NDSM-straat 10).
The new office building measures 19,000 sq m and also contains a HEMA store. It has 6 office floors for 600 employees and room for 400 parking spaces.
As of the 5th of July VNU Media is located in the adjacent part of the Number One Building. There is still office and retail space available.
CB Richard Ellis was involved in this transaction in the role of commercial advisor. Together with the business unit Project Management & Design who were responsible for the concept and interior design and overall projectmanagement of both the HEMA and VNU interior.
