Dutch Bankers Association leases office space in Symphony

Philips Pension Fund and the Dutch Bankers Association have signed a long-term lease agreement for 2000 sq metres on the sixth and seventh floor of the Symphony building (Amsterdam).

The Symphony complex is located in front of the Amsterdam South station and is designed by Pi de Bruijn. It is one of the tallest buildings of the South Axis. Symphony's occupancy rate is 70%. The building is mainly occupied by financial tenants.

The Dutch Bankers Association was supported by Desenco Real Estate Management. CB Richard Ellis acted on behalf of Philips Pension Fund.
