DKV Krankenversichering AG, a fund managed by MEGA MUNICH ERGO Asset Management Gmbh, has sold approximately 3,000 sq m of office and retail space to a private investor (Westblaak 65).
The ground floor is currently in use by Wibra Textiel, the remaining square metres have a office destination. The building will be renovated by the new owner.
