CB Richard Ellis consults retailers on sale & leaseback and lease transactions
CB Richard Ellis acted on behalf of Dungelmann Schoenen during a sale & leaseback transaction. Dungelmann Schoenen sold her retail space in Haarlem (Barteljorisstraat 31) to a private investor. The property -concerning the complete building - was sold for € 1,4 million. Dungelmann has signed a long-term lease for the 90 m² retail space on the first floor.
ABN AMRO has rented their former shop located at the Beethovenstraat 104 in Amsterdam to HEMA. HEMA signed a long-term and direct lease agreement for 450 m² of retail space with owner Nagron Nationaal Grondbezit. HEMA will open the new store in May 2010.
