CBRE measures and reports on our annual carbon emissions and environmental sustainability approach as part of our Corporate Responsibility report. We work diligently to improve the sustainability of our internal operations and implement cost-effective practices and procedures. We give preference to certified green buildings and pursue certification using recognised green building standards such as LEED, BREEAM and SKA for our relocated or refurbished facilities larger than 2,000 square meters. We also operate an internal standards and certification programme - Toward A Greener Tomorrow - to increase participation in sustainability initiatives, monitor progress and determine areas for improvementHelping Clients
